Any PSA member who has been a general member prior to February 27, 2025 is eligible to run and vote for executive positions. The available positions are:

- Vice President (1)
- Treasurer (1)
- Secretary (1)
- VP of Events (2)
- VP of Social Media (1)
- VP of Public Relations (2)
- VP of Academics (1)
- VP of Communications (1) (Must be fluent in written Polish)
- Graphic Designer (1)
- Website Manager (1)
- UTM Representative (2)
- UTSC Representative (1)

All interested candidates must declare their intention to run for a position prior to March 22, 2025 at 11:59pm EDT.
Candidates will read out their candidate statements during the voting period. Any eligible member, even if they are not running for a position, is allowed to vote. Voting will be held on March 29, 2025 at 1:00pm at Gerstein Library, Room 2000.
